The SXEALBN combines a conventional Relief valve with a direct‑acting solenoid pilot, offering a compact solution for electrically controlled pressure limiting. In its de‑energised state, the valve operates as a standard adjustable relief valve with a preset pressure. When the solenoid is energised, the pilot port is opened, reducing the effective relief setting to a lower value – perfect for systems requiring two distinct pressure thresholds, such as high‑pressure working mode and low‑pressure idle mode. The solenoid is designed for 12 V or 24 V DC operation, with optional manual override for emergency use. Maximum system pressure is 350 bar, with flow capacity up to 60 L/min. The valve body is constructed from ductile iron with a corrosion‑resistant coating, suitable for both mobile and stationary applications. Seals are available in various materials to match different hydraulic fluids. The SXEALBN also features a built‑in surge suppression diode to protect the electrical system.
